Raíces del Amor Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and Raíces del Amor associated data by sending an email from the same address you use to log into the app. This helps us verify the request belongs to the account holder.
How to request it
- Email eduardoprietoapps@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: "Delete my Raíces del Amor account".
- Include your account email and, if you have it, the shared garden name.
What will be deleted
Personal data associated with your account will be deleted or unlinked, including profile, shared garden relationship, notification tokens, preferences, device information, and data created by your user where applicable.
Shared data
Some garden data may be linked to another person, such as plants, messages, memories, streaks, achievements, collection, or shared history. In those cases, your relationship with that data will be deleted or anonymized where possible, and full deletion will be reviewed when both members request it or when technically necessary.
Processing time
Requests are normally processed within 30 days. Minimal data may be kept longer if necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Data that may be retained temporarily
- Technical logs needed for security, abuse prevention, or diagnostics.
- Minimal information required to comply with legal obligations.
- Backup copies until replaced by the normal retention cycle.
