Welcome to Raíces del Amor, a mobile application designed for couples through a shared virtual garden. By using the app and its associated services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms govern app usage. They do not replace legal, psychological, medical, or professional advice.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering, logging in, or using Raíces del Amor, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. Service description

Raíces del Amor provides a private digital interactive space for two people. Through the app, you can:

Link two accounts using a unique couple invitation code.
Plant, water, and watch virtual flowers grow in a shared plot.
Send affectionate messages and save memories in monthly garden beds.
Use the daily claw, flower collection, virtual guardians, progress pass, and optional community ranking.

3. Account registration and security

Registration is done through supported authentication providers, such as Google Sign-In and Apple Sign In on compatible platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and session.
You agree to immediately notify of any unauthorized or suspicious use of your profile.
You must not create fake accounts or attempt to impersonate another person.

4. Responsible use and restrictions

You commit to using the application respectfully, safely, and lawfully. The following is prohibited:

Using the app to harass, threaten, defame, manipulate, or harm another person.
Creating, storing, or transmitting illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
Attempting to access accounts, gardens, APIs, databases, or systems that do not belong to you.
Automating actions, exploiting bugs, altering inventories, ranking, rewards, or the flower economy.
Interfering with the security, availability, or normal operation of the service.

5. User content

You retain rights over the messages and content you create within the app. You authorize us to host, process, display, and sync that content solely to operate Raíces del Amor, provide support, maintain security, and comply with the law. You are responsible for the content you send or save.

6. Intellectual property

The app, brand, design, code, illustrations, animations, guardians, virtual flowers, interfaces, and other elements of Raíces del Amor belong to their creators or licensors. No right of copying, distribution, reverse engineering, commercialization, or unauthorized exploitation is granted.

7. Virtual elements, rewards, and availability

Flowers, petals, claw throws, rewards, guardians, achievements, ranking, and progress are virtual entertainment elements within the app. They have no monetary value, are not transferable outside the app, and may be adjusted for balance, security, operational errors, or service changes.

8. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available, stable, and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or indefinite retention of all data.
We are not responsible for network interruptions, provider failures, loss of access, misuse of the app, or user-created content.
The app is not designed for emergencies, therapy, conflict mediation, or sensitive decision-making.

9. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You can stop using the application at any time. You can request deletion of your account and personal data from the account deletion page. We may also suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, security risk, breach of these terms, or legal requirement.

10. App stores

If you obtain the app from Google Play, App Store, or another store, the terms, policies, and rules of that store also apply. Stores are not responsible for operating Raíces del Amor or resolving claims related to the app’s content, except as stated in their own terms.

11. Modifications to the terms

We may update these terms when the app, its features, operational requirements, or applicable laws change. The last updated date will indicate the most recent change. By continuing to use the app after an update, you accept the current terms.
